Stakeholderengagement wordt met de komst van de CSRD een verplichting voor bedrijven. Belangrijk je dus hierin te verdiepen en te scholen.
One of the biggest misunderstandings is that everyone has to speak according to an ideal model. That is an illusion, because an ideal does not exist. And that’s a good thing. The power of the spokesperson lies precisely in the authenticity of the spokesperson. Sincere and honest communication is most effective. Above all, be yourself is my most important motto in media training. Of course the use of a core message is important, but when bridging to the message it is important to answer the question asked first. Otherwise, the image of a talking doll is created. And the spokesperson does not do that any good! So be yourself and bring your own message at the ‘appropriate’ moments and after first having answered the question asked. Knowing more?
